The Situation

  • When covid lockdowns happened, staff were forced to isolate from the office immediately
  • The old VPN based remote access was slow and often disconnected when in use
  • The membership team were heavily reliant on the old PABX phone system, which would only operate with handsets located within the office

How did we help?

The team at the Broncos were forced to act quickly when the NRL enforced strict covid protocols in 2020.

Over a 6 week period, we helped them transition to a secure and reliable cloud based system.

  • We migrated them into Microsoft’s Cloud Platform leveraging the best of Azure and Microsoft 365
  • We set their team up to be able to work securely from anywhere in the world, freeing them up from having to work only in their office
  • We set their membership call centre up with a cloud based phone system so they could maintain and even extend the coverage of their sales team
  • We implemented our bespoke suite of Cybersecurity tools to help them avoid any risks of working from remote locations
We started working with Aaron and the team at Rivercity on a solution for our work from home requirements as soon as the NRL informed us of the lock-downs. Not only were we able to seamlessly transition to work from home, but now we are able to have an ongoing policy to allow staff flexibility in where they work.
